Toils #7

This bangkero (boatman) transports people from one side of the river to the other.  This trade has been going on since I was in elementary (that's just how far back I know).  Back in those days, it was just piso (one peso) for every tawid (cross) per person.  Nowadays, I wonder how it costs.  And to top it all, it seems that it is also operates at night because there is a light installation along the stairs.  To make it easier for the boatman to cross the river, he installed a rope so that he doesn't need to paddle anymore.

Too much internet time

This was one of those book marks that was given to me.  I was just experimenting on how it's going to look like when it's placed against the screen.  And then, I realized, am I really spending too much time online?  But nowadays, with nothing to do, the internet is my only connection to my friends, to more news and to more information.

Toils #6

This guy is at the second floor of the building that they are constructing.  I was just amazed at his flexibility; how he could stretch his body even when he is not flat on the ground.  Well, I guess it's just something that I couldn't do myself.  I am afraid of heights.
