Bangkero Festival

The "Bangkero Festival" is held annually to give honor to the boatmen of Pagsanjan, Laguna.  Pagsanjan, Laguna's pride is the Pagsanjan Falls wherein a lot of tourists visit every year.  One of the boatmen's source of income, if not the sole source of income, is bringing the tourists to and from the falls, which is an arduous trip that takes about four hours to complete.
